NAVHDA Test Registration

Wild rose NAVHDA Testing/Event Fee Regulations

Registration Opens April 1, 2024 at 7:00 AM (Alberta time)
**All test entry forms are to be mailed to: test@wildrosenavhda.com

Wildrose Chapter Members will gain exclusive registration rights to our tests for the first two weeks they are open. Fees can be paid using the Helloclub portal. Select the first UT day or the NA test day you are registering for. Payment of Fees without a completed Test Registration Form mailed to the test secretary does not guarantee a spot. Both must be completed within 48 hours; otherwise, you will be placed on a waiting list.

All registrants are required to volunteer for a half-day during the test weekend when they are not testing their dogs. Keep this in mind as you plan your weekend.

Here is a link to the test entry form. NAVHDA Test Registration Form Please complete it and submit it with your registration. Any registration that is not complete will be placed at the bottom of the list of applicants, regardless of any fees paid.

All dogs entered in NAVHDA tests must be registered by NAVHDA, and you will need to know your dog’s registered NAVHDA name, NAVHDA registration number, and whelp date. These can be found on your dog’s pedigree, or you can look it up online at the NAVHDA Registry.

Both the dog’s owner and handler must be NAVHDA International members, and you must know their NAVHDA membership number(s).

ELIGIBILITY
• Owners (or at least one owner of co-owned dogs) and any handler must be current NAVHDA International members to enter a test and run a dog.
• No handler may run more than two dogs in the Wildrose NAVHDA fall test.
• All dogs must be registered with NAVHDA. Only the dog registered for the test can participate, and no substitutions will be allowed.

• All registrants are required to volunteer for a half-day during the test weekend when they are not testing their dog. Keep this in mind as you plan your weekend.

REFUNDS
No entry fees will be refunded except in the following situations:
(a) if an entry is filled with a replacement entry 30 days before the test date
(b) for a medical condition backed up by a doctor’s or veterinarian’s note
(c) for entries on the waiting list for which no room was found in a test.
If a handler/dog pulls from the test, their replacement, taken from the waiting list, will be placed at the bottom of the running order for that day.

An entry is only official once the Test Secretary verifies that all dog and owner/handler information required by NAVHDA has been provided and that full payment has been received. The Test Secretary will contact those with test spots. If you have yet to be contacted about a spot in our test, consider yourself on our waitlist.

Running orders will be assigned the week leading up to the test.

By submitting a payment for the Wildrose NAVHDA test you have applied for, you accept and agree to be bound by all these terms and conditions.
